All candidates must be a U.S. citizen and completed training at an ACPE accredited pharmacy school and ASHP accredited PGY1 residency program. Two positions are available with separate longitudinal experiences and may be ranked separately. Applications are completed through PHORCAS and should be submitted no later than January 3rd.
